This darling home was in great shape and the seller had done all the right things over the years to maintain the house.
New roofing, HVAC, Shower, etc. they spent the big bucks on that but never got around to cosmetically updating the house.
This happens a lot. We see great houses but they just ran out of time or money to do the Fluffing as I like to call it.
