This home is amazing! They don't make houses like this one anymore. This is exactly why I love it when we get the chance to cosmetically update a house like this one. Sellers in houses like this one normally upkeep the house but don't have enough time, money & resources to get all the necessary cosmetic updates done. When we come in we put a perfect plan together to help stretch the decorating dollars to get a home looking its best for the buyers to fall in love! Sold in hours and the new owners and the seller where hugging at closing!
